The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to taxis. The rooms are clean and spacious, with crisp linens and towels. The bathroom has hot water from a natural hot spring. The staff is helpful and courteous, providing a free tourist map with English translation. Guests can also find popular food options like McDonald's and Little Sheep nearby.
The staff had limited English proficiency, which caused difficulties in getting assistance, particularly with the wifi.

Lack of English proficiency among the staff, and the air conditioning system was noisy and ineffective, causing discomfort in the hot weather. The Chinese-style breakfast was not to my taste, and the hotel did not offer decent coffee.

The rooms were clean and had big bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh. The location was great, with easy access to taxis and nearby restaurants. The staff were polite and willing to help with any request.
There was a strong smell in the hallways and lobby, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was only Chinese-style and not to my taste.
